Hand Carved 9.5" Signed Patrick Seale Alaska Black Diamond Wood Totem Carving

DESCRIPTION:
Expertly carved and painted Patrick Seale totem pole for Alaska Black Diamond in Wards, Cove, Alaska. It includes a ang tag with the Legend of Sun and Raven. I presume the bird on top is a raven and that the box below it with the face inside, is the box the Sun was kept in, according to the legend. The animal at the bottom looks like a bear.
The carving stands about 9.5" tall (including the base), and was carved from old growth Native yellow cedar. Hand signed on the bottom, along with original price tag, as shown.
Excellent condition with it's original hang tag. No damage or repairs. Free Domestic Shipping!
